Health and Wholeness Ethiopia (HAWE) Organization is an indigenous not for profit, non-governmental, nonreligious, legally registered Ethiopian civil society organization and was found in 2010 G.C. HAWE was established with the intention of contributions to alleviate the socio-economic and environmental problems with special emphasis on vulnerable children, women and youths in Ethiopia. HAWE is registered with Ethiopian Federal Democratic Republic Authority for Civil Society Organizations with its (registration number 2069) and also registered in USA at Washington Seattle with registration no.UBI:604 820 455). would like to invite competent candidates who would full fill the requirements of the vacancy indicated below: –

- Major duties and Responsibility
- Organize office facilities conductive for operation
- Clean offices and other related duties
- Cheek post mails
- Receive phone calls
- Distribute and collect letters related to our firm
- Categorize and keep records
- Knowledge, skills and abilities required
- Good written and oral communication
- Understanding of self-help approaches
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work internet related activities
- Requirements
- Diploma or above in secretarial science and office management or related filed
- Experienced candidates are better to fit the job.
